E-Consent Terms:
By creating an account or submitting a loan application you agree to our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You also expressly consent to participate in the transaction electronically, including the use of electronic records and signatures, rather than submitting and receiving documents in paper form. You acknowledge that you are not required to create an account or apply for a loan through our platform, and that you agree to conduct the transaction electronically as a convenience to you and the other parties involved.
You understand that CASCADE MORTGAGE SERVICES INC. will not provide paper copies of any communications or other documentation relating to your application or your loan, and that if state or federal law requires documents to be provided to you in paper form, you may contact the broker or lender you are working with to receive a copy. In addition, if the state in which you live provides you the right to withdraw your consent to conduct the transaction electronically, you may withdraw your consent by sending written notice to Cascade Mortgage Services Inc. at 17040 SW 131st Ave Portland, OR 97224, and you understand that withdrawal of your consent may delay or prevent completion of your mortgage loan.
You hereby confirm that you have Internet access and the ability to access, download, and print or store all disclosures and other documentation relating to your loan application. You agree to promptly update your loan officer with your new email address and phone number in the event of any change.
You agree to proactively monitor your loan application and to stay apprised of the process and important deadlines, and you acknowledge that you may contact your broker with questions regarding your loan application or status.
Neither CASCADE MORTGAGE SERVICES INC., nor any of our brokers, lenders or other parties will be responsible or liable for the failure of delivery of any electronic notices, documents, or other communications, relating to your loan application, whether as a result of settings or malfunctions in any computer, browser, Internet service, calendaring application, other software, or hardware issues, or otherwise.
